"Managers must decrease fear of failure and the goal should be to experiment constantly, fail early and often, and learn as much as possible in the process." ~Teresa Amiable, Harvard Business Review

The mindsets of design thinking and the mindsets of improvisation are very similar. In this session, we use the principles and techniques of improvisational theater as we work with corporations, schools, non-profits and professional groups. Through improv exercises, you’ll build your skills as a listener, develop empathy, learn by doing, tell better stories, enhance teamwork, build your creativity, and increase your risk-taking comfort zone.
